Description
North Tyneside Council announced plans to cut 350 jobs. The cuts are blamed on a £14m budget shortfall and the council aims to implement them through voluntary redundancies offering an attractive redundancy package. As of 14 August 2009 no date has been given for the implementation of the job losses.
