European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Benteler, a German manufacturer of car parts, is to create 112 new jobs at a new manufacturing plant in Zahorie-Eurovalley industrial park, near Malacky.
New investment of about 600,000 euro will establish a new manufacturing plant there, which will produce pressed panels for the car industry. The new plant will also participate in the production of the new VW ‘Up!' car in Bratislava. The annual production capacity of the new plant is 140,000 panel sets.
