European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Kampa, a leading German specialist in the construction of detached housing, filed for insolvency in March 2009. Mid of June, manager J. Haas set up a new company 'Kampa' that comprises an innovation center and a marketing unit. All eight production sites are closed. 650 out of 680 employees are dismissed.
