European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Publishing house Handelsblatt is to cut 150 jobs to cope with the economic and financial crisis, according to a Handelsblatt management announcement published by FTD. All units will be affected. There are speculations that the redundancies include 19 job losses of journalists at 'Handelsbaltt' and 'Wirtschaftswoche'. No date has been given for the implementation of the job losses.
