European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Contitech-Anoflex, a manufacturer of motor vehicle parts, has launched a restructuring plan affecting 157 workers. Contitech-Anoflex specializes in producing hose assemblies and fluid systems for power-steering. The company employs 510 workers at three factories in the region of Lyon.
