The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Chamartin Imobiliária, a property company operating in the Portuguese market, has announced the creation of 170 new jobs with the opening of Kidzania, an entertainment and educational theme park at the the Dolc Vita Tejo - Amadora shopping center. The jobs, which are expected to be created from early May onwards, will involve the recruitment of about 100 top managers, 40 employees in logistics and maintenance-related functions, and 30 middle-level managers in different areas ranging from marketing and sales to logistics and Human Resources. The building of Kidzania will involve an investment of €15 million.
