Description

Treves, a French car components manufacturer, announced that it will close two plants in France (Crepy-en-Valois and Ay) with the consequent loss of about 650 jobs. According to the management, last year Treves revenues decreased by 15%, while in the first quarter of 2009 they plunged by 50%. At the end of February, Treves received EUR 55 million aid from state fund to support car parts manufacturers (FMEA).
