European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 3 April 2009, Econcern, producer of green energy, announced that it is to cut 200 jobs, of which half in the Netherlands. The job losses are attributed to the global economic crisis with implications for the viability of new projects.
