European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Flextronics, a contract electronics manufacturer, located in Cork, is to cut 130 jobs, after its parent company announced worldwide restructuring plans. The redundancies will come into effect from the end of April on a phased basis. Ninety-five general operatives and 35 administrative staff are to lose their jobs.
