Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
60 jobs (13% of its 470 workforce) will be cut at Schoeller Litvínov, a German textile company. The administrator of the assets is now looking for a new investor in the company, which has declared bankruptcy on 9 March 2009.
