Description

Hoya Lens UK, a manufacturer of optical lenses for glasses, is to cut over 10% of its workforce. The Wrexham-based plant, which employs 417 people, is to reduce its headcount by 46 as some production is moved to Thailand. As of 22 February 2009 it is not known when these jobs will be cut.
