Wood processor Rörvik Timber gave notice to a total of 118 employees at different units in southern Sweden. The number of redundancies in Boxholm is 25, in Myresjö 25, Rörvik 15, Linghem 15 and Tvärskog 38. The price of sawmill products has fallen considerably over the last year, whereas the price of raw material has not decrease correspondingly, making sales less profitable. The company has 9 production facitlities in southern Sweden.
