European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
In January 2009, H&M, one of the world largest clothing retailers, announced that it is to create 7,000 new jobs worldwide by the end of 2009. H&M operates in 33 countries and has 73,000 employees worldwide.
