Description
AQ Segerström, revived supplier of metal components for commercial vehicles, has created 147 jobs in Eskilstuna, Sweden following the acquisition of the bankrupt company by Aros Quality Group. Segerström filed for bankruptcy in December 2008 and dismissed 220 employees (see separate factsheet No 12848).
24 of the newly hired staff are temporary workers. Segerström's customer sales concern commercial vehicles, such as Volvo and Scania. The company provides metal parts, welding, powder coating and assembly. The sales turnover for 2009 is expected to be around SEK 150-200 Million.
