European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
In what amounts to an internal restructuring move, Canadian-owned electronics multinational has announced 80 redundancies at its Galway facility. It has been reported that the redundancies will take effect within a matter of weeks. The company has said it does not intend to close the Galway plant.
