Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Controlex, the leading firm in the design of external solutions for the prevention of occupational hazards, has informed the employee representatives that it is to present a File of Employment Regulation (ERE) that will affect more than 300 workers out of the 400 working at the company, according to trade union sources. Created in 1998, Controlex has, in just a decade, become the leading consultancy in occupational risk management achieving a turnover of EUR 40 million.
