Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

The cast iron foundry in Śrem (Odlewnia Żeliwa "Śrem") is to cut 380 jobs out of 1,000 by the end of 2009. The foundry is owned by Famur, a corporate group from Katowice; it produces cast iron elements ranging in mass from 1 kg to 20 tonnes.
