European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The Castleroy Park Hotel closed with immediate effect on 29 January with a loss of 130 jobs. The hotel, which was one of the biggest hotels in Limerick city, has ceased trading having gone into liquidation and all of the staff has been made redundant. The company attributed the closure to 'insurmountable' trading difficulties.
