European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Slezan Frýdek-Místek, a Czech textile company, has announced that it is to cut 140 jobs at its Frýdlant nad Ostravicí site by the end of January 2009. The reason is a long-term insolvency leading to the closure of the plant.
