European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Telefónica O2 Czech Republic, a branch of the global telecommunication provider, is to create over 100 new jobs with the development of a new European centre in Prague. The centre will provide telecommunication services for DHL in 28 European countries. As of January 2009, there is no information on when the new jobs are to be implemented by.
