Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

Zakłady Włókien Chemicznych STILON, the chemical fibres producer, is to cut 240 jobs at its Gorzów Wielkopolski plant by the end of March 2009. The plant currently employs 700 workers. STILON is Poland’s largest producer of polyamide fibres for use in the garment industry and industrial purposes and structural granulates for the automotive and electro-technical industries.
