Description
Bernard Matthews, a poultry manufacturing firm, is to cut 130 jobs. The firm, with plants in both Norfolk and Suffolk, is to cut 35 salaried workers and 95 hourly-paid production workers from its staff of 2,510. The firm is cutting staff after the Christmas peak, but as of 18 January 2009 has not announced when these jobs will be lost.
