Dvarcioniu keramika, one of the largest producers of ceramic tiles in the Baltic States, plans to dismiss 90 employees in Vilnius. At present, the company employs 306 workers. According to management, Dvarcioniu keramika will close one manufacturing line in order to improve efficiency. The tiles will not be produced any more in Lithuania (due to the closure of the manufacturing line) but will be imported instead from the Polish company Cersanit, which holds 92% shares of Dvarcioniu keramika.
