European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
SouthEastern trains, a train operating company, has announced that it is to cut 300 jobs. The company employs around 4,000 people, operating rail services in the South East of England. The company has attributed the cuts to a slowdown in passenger journey growth. The jobs will be lost over the coming calendar year, with the first wave of 90 redundancies expected to be complete by May.
