Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

Philips Innovative Application manufacturing lighting equipment is about to cut 264 jobs on its plant of Turnhout, Antwerp. 2,200 people are employed on the site. A few months ago, a thousand of workers with temporary contracts already lost their jobs.
