Description
On 3 November 2008, Bodycare Group announced the bankruptcy of its subsidiary Cosmara in Amersfoort in The Netherlands, resulting in the loss of at least 80 jobs. The group produces shower- and bathing products. Factories in the UK and Hungary will be sold, but as of yet the consequences of this for employment are unknown. Bodycare was hit by rising prices of raw materials and the loss of a major customer in the UK.
