Description
One of Ireland's largest insurance companies, Quinn Insurance, is to substantially expand its Irish operations by establising a new call centre in Cork. It is understood that this will eventually result in 500 new jobs being created over the next four years.
Quinn has spent significant resources on the new call centre, which is designed to boost its capacity to conduct transactions across both Ireland and the UK. Quinn Insurance is owned by the Quinn Group, which last year took over Bupa Ireland, the private health insurer, also based in Cork.
