Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Pfleiderer Europoles, the maker of masts and towers for telecoms, energy, and railway applications, is planning to hire 120 persons by late June 2009 for the construction of a factory in Stare Miasto by Konin. The new factory will produce steel structures for lighting, for installation of overhead power lines, and for use in ski lifts and for billboards.
