European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
ZF Passau, a German gearbox supplier of agricultural machinery, is to set up a new plant in the industrial area of Staňkov city (near Plzeň) with the creation of up to 300 new jobs. The employment of about 60 people will commence in January 2009 and 200 workers are to be employed at the plant by the end of 2010. The company currently employs about 55,000 people in 120 factories worldwide.
