European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Due to the economic crisis, Intracom Telecom (one of the largest multinational provider of telecommunications products, solutions and services in Greece) moves towards a more rationalized management of personnel, that is towards dismissals and restrictions in employing new staff. According to the source, 185 people are about to lose their jobs (150 are working for Intracom Telekom and 35 for Intracom IT Services)
