Description
Hanseyacht, a German boat building company, has announced that it is to cut 110 out of 700 jobs at its shipyard in Greifswald. The reduction in personnel will largely affect temporary workers and those still in the trial period. The reason given by the company was a decline in demand for sailing boats and yachting boats. As of October 2008, there is no information on when the job losses will be implemented by.
