European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 14 October 2008, the Califorina-based Signet Solar, manufacturer of equipment for the production of solar energy, announced the creation of 270 new jobs at its plant in Mochau (Saxony). The job creation is attributed to the decision to increase production. The new jobs are expected to be created by the end of 2009.
