Description
Gabetti, one of the main real estate agencies operating in Italy, has announced the 2009-2011 reorganisation plan which envisages the closure of its 102 agencies with the loss of 300 jobs. The agencies are located in seven Italian cities (Milan, Turin, Bologna, Florence, Naples, Bari and Cagliari); in the same cities, Gabetti will open 215 agencies in franchising. According to the company, the closure of its agencies was due to the crisis of the real estate market.
In the next weeks the company will meet the trade unions in order to define the procedures for the collective dismissals.
