Description
Nimbus Boats, the boat producing company discussed earlier this year in factsheet number 11471, has now declared that they will shut the entire factory in Visby down. The closure is a necessary consequence of rising energy prices and the upcoming recession. Nimbus Boats has decided to relocate their production to the factories in Mariestad and Storebro. The unit in Mariestad, with 70 employees today, will, according to plan, generate about 30 new jobs in the upcoming year.
