Description
General Electric Romania, subsidiary of General Electric Connecticut, is operating in Romania since 1984. At present, in Romania the company has five divisions: GE Money, GE Commercial Finance, GE Healthcare, GE Industrial and GE Infrastructure, with a total of 1,300 employees. According to company representatives, the plan is to hire about 200 persons every year. In Romania, the group invested about 500 million US dollars. The total sales for Romania, Bulgaria and Moldova were in 2007 of 400 million US dollars.
