Description
Spanish steel group Celsa has announced that the group signed a draft agreement with an investment of 655 millions euro for the construction of a laminate plant in France over the next three years. As a start, around 410 jobs are planned to be created between August 2008 and August 2011. The plant will be located in the port and industrial area of Bayonne-Tarnos, on the French atlantic coast, and will have both cold and hot lamination units.
