Ethics in the digital workplace

The agricultural company Sousacamp has announced the creation of 150 jobs with the opening of a new factory to grow mushrooms in Paredes in July 2008. As of July 2008, there is no information on when the new jobs will be created by. The company expects to produce up to 4,000 tonnes of mushrooms a year, of which some 60% will be exported to Spain. Sousacamp was created in 1989 and has two factories in Portugal: one in Benlhevai (Vila Flôr) and the other in Mirandela. These two factories employ altogether about 200 workers. According to the management, Sousacamp will continue expanding its activities in the near future.
