Description
Diageo the UK owner of Guinness announced that 250 jobs are lost in 3 Guinness breweries of Dundalk, Kilkenny and Dublin. Diageo’s brewing staff has been cut by more than half. It is expected that new jobs will be created when a €650 million investment in and construction of upgraded and new breweries will be completed in 2013.
