Bisol, a company engaged in the field of photovoltaics (PV), plans to create 105 jobs at its Prebold plant in Eastern, Slovenia. Currently Bisol employs 55 employees, a high percentage of them disabled persons. The company plans quite considerable expansion in the future which will increase the number of employees to about 160 in the next two years. PV systems are used in the exploitation of the solar energy, i.e. they are used either as stand-alone units in remote areas where commonly used sources of energy are not readily available, or as widely used grid connected systems. Bisol produces photovoltaic modules, which are core elements of every PV system
