European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Mahle, a German automotive supplier, has announced that it is to create 500 new jobs with the development of a new factory in Krotoszyn near Wałbrzych. The factory will produce piston systems, cylinder components, valve train systems, air management systems and liquid management systems for automobiles. As of April 2008, there is no information on when either employment at the new factory will commence or the new jobs will be created by.
