Description
SPAR Slovenija, a part of the multinational group SPAR, is the second largest retail chain in Slovenia. It has 9 megamarkets (more than 4000 m2 sales area), 31 hypermarkets (more than 1000 m2 sales area) and 25 supermarkets (up to 1000 m2 sales area). In 2007, it considerably increased its activities and also the number of employees by 479 people (14 percent increase), i.e. from 3389 to 3868.
