Description
On 9 Febuary 2009, the garage and retail chain Auto Teile Unger (ATU) announced the cut of 650 jobs in January 2009. The statement followed previous announcements it would cut 350 to 550 jobs in spring 2009. The economic crisis is given for a reason. However, the company has been dealing with financial problems since 2006. ATU also said it did cut a total of 950 jobs in 2008.
