European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Citigroup, the majority shareholder in Bank Handlowy, announced on 31 March 2008 a change in the organisational structure of Bank Handlowy, leading to the loss of 390 jobs across the country by the end of the year. The retail customer service is to be divided into retain banking and credit cards segments.
