Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Keiper, a German producer of automotive accessories, has announced that it is to create 400 new jobs with the development of a new production plant in Skarbimierz (in the Wałbrzyska Special Economic Zone). The new plant will produce frames and metal components for car seats. As of March 2008, there is no information on when the new jobs will be created by.
According to the information of 2009-07-19 the company will employ 230 people by the end of 2009. The production will start on September 2009.
