ZF Friedrichshafen AG, a manufacturer of parts and accessories for motor vehicles, announced on 11 March that is to create approximately 650 jobs in Germany. The company stated that 300 to 350 temporary agency workers will be employed by ZF directly. ZF intends to create another 300 jobs in its R&D departments all over Germany. ZF is pursuing a business expansion strategy stemming from the lasting demand for its products. As of March 2008, there is no information on the number employed in Germany or when the new jobs will be created by.
