European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Kli Logatec, a producer of windows, doors, chairs and tables, has cut 213 jobs over a year. The job cuts are attributed to the decrease in sales. In 2007, sales decreased by 30% and the loss amounted to EUR 2 million. The main owners (pension fund management company Kapitalska družba, insurance company Triglav, and an investment company NFD – Nacionalna finančna družba) have been looking for a strategic investor for the company, without success so far.
