European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Perrigo, a medical supplies and vitamin manufacturer has announced that it intends to cut 100 jobs from its factory in Braunton. The job cuts have been blamed on a customer deciding to take its orders overseas. Perrigo has said that it hopes that the job losses will achieved by temporary staff leaving and voluntary redundancy.
