European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Promens, a daughter company of Dutch Polimoon Group B.V., has announced that it is to create 260 new jobs by developing a new production plant and office premises at the industrial park in Nitra. 134 of the 260 jobs will be for assembly workers. The new plant will produce components for the automotive industry and production is expected to start in autumn 2008. A greenfield investment will amount to SKK 173 million.
