Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
IT engineering, a French-based company engaged in the design and implementation of information technology (IT) systems solutions, the development of existing systems, and hosting services, has announced that it is to create 250 new jobs between January and December 2008 with the opening of an accounting and information technology services centre in France. IT engineering has been operating in France since 1990 and currently employs 353 thoughout France. The company, formerly ITS Seevia Group, was acquired by the ITS Group in January 2008. This acquisition will allow ITS Group to strengthen the product portfolio of its Internet application software and new technologies consulting division ITS Antalys.
