European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Carlo Tassara, the Italian corporate group, has announced that it is to create 1000 new jobs with the launch a new bank in Poland. The banking outlets are expected to be put in operation in the second half of 2008. the name of the Carlo Tassara group’s new Polish bank or its registered seat have not been announced yet.
